{"id":680,"date":"2012-11-26T17:19:41","date_gmt":"2012-11-26T17:19:41","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ifris.org\/?page_id=680"},"modified":"2016-09-07T16:00:49","modified_gmt":"2016-09-07T16:00:49","slug":"ifris-training-program","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/ifris.org\/en\/ifris-training-program\/","title":{"rendered":"IFRIS Training Program"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Since its inception, IFRIS considers that educating young researchers to its research problems and training them to multidisciplinary approach are one of its priority strategic missions.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Institute welcomes and trains each year many doctoral students and post-docs working on research projects related to the &#8216;Innovation, Science, Technology and Societies&#8217; field. It pays special attention to exploratory and cross-cutting initiatives (involving a minimum of two research teams), considered as being conducive to the emergence of high-level scientific projects.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As of 2009, IFRIS has implemented a &#8216;Training&#8217; group composed of Catherine Paradeise, Amy Dahan and Pascal Petit, in charge of defining the Institute training activities and coordinating their implementation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Since September 2012, Ashveen Peerbaye, Christophe Bonneuil and David Flacher have taken it over.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">IFRIS training program includes various teaching actions and supports to research, for university students and young researchers:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><a title=\"Masters\" href=\"http:\/\/ifris.org\/en\/masters\/\">Three Master courses<\/a> coordinated by IFRIS research teams;<\/li>\n<li>A <a title=\"IFRIS Doctoral School\" href=\"http:\/\/ifris.org\/en\/ifris-doctoral-school\/\">&#8216;Doctoral School&#8217;<\/a> that offers a training course during the thesis (spring school, thematic workshops, writing, communication in seminars);<\/li>\n<li>The allocation of grants for stays in foreign laboratories to facilitate the <a title=\"Support for PhD Mobility\" href=\"http:\/\/ifris.org\/en\/support-for-phd-mobility\/\">mobility of young researchers<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Since its inception, IFRIS considers that educating young researchers to its research problems and training them to multidisciplinary approach are one of its priority strategic missions.
